"It Takes a Village to Write a Query" Series Resumes!

It's been a while, but we're bringing back the "It Takes a Village to Write a Query" Series!! If you would like to have your query critiqued on the blog by a member of YA Stands, here's what you need to do:

1. Be a follower of this blog.
2. Follow YA Stands on Twitter.
3. And leave a comment, along with an email address where you can be reached, in the comments below!

(YA Queries only, please)

We will use a random generator to select a winner on Friday, January 13th and the critique will be posted on Monday, January 15th.

A few past query breakdowns can be found here.

Good luck!

  2. Out of curiosity, what do the penguins have to do with writing and querying and YA stuff?

  3. LOL, Michael. I've never been asked that before. Penguins live in groups because there is safety in numbers. The idea of that reminded me of the writing community--how supportive we are of each other, how we route for each other, can count on each other. Plus, penguins are totally adorable.
