A YA Halloween, Plus a GIVEAWAY!

We asked a question on Twitter the other night:
If you could dress up as any YA character for Halloween, which would it be?

Some amazing and creative responses came through, and we want to hear more! So let's play a little game:

In the comments below, leave the name of the character you'd want to be for Halloween and why. Make sure to include the title of the book for reference and your email.

The prize for the most creative?

A hard cover of BETWEEN THE LINES by Jodi Picult & her daughter, Samantha Van Leer!

You don't have to be a follower of the blog to participate, but it'd be nice if you were (winky face). The contest ends October 31st at 5:00pm PST.

  2. Mary from The Agency series. I'm weird. I've always wanted to try a corset and full-on Victorian era gown. =D

  3. The Anthropophagi because it gave me the creeps reading about it. It's from The Monstrumologist. kellyallanwriter@gmail.com

  4. I would be Mia from IF I STAY. She's glamorous, in a geeky cello-playing way.

  5. Technically, more middle grade than YA but today, I'd like to be Laura Ingalls Wilder. With Frankenstorm bearing down on us, I could use her resourcefulness and ability to function cheerily in a world without electricity!

  6. Tris from Divergent because she makes tough decisions that go against the general ideal. And she kicks butt! You know where to find me. ;)
