I actually liked the third movie the best, something about the old west and Doc finding love and Marty finally saving Jennifer. But most of all, I love Doc’s last line. When Jennifer asks him why the paper from the future erased, he says, “Of course it’s erased. It means your future hasn’t been written yet. No one’s has. Your future is whatever you make it. So make it a good one.”
This line is so very fitting for my post today since it is my last post here on YA Stands. I thought about this for a long time and decided that I just couldn’t keep up with the bi-weekly posts as well as keep up with my personal writing goals. I’ve enjoyed my time here very much and have met some wonderful people. It has truly been a rewarding experience and I’m sad that it is drawing to an end.
As for the near future, well…it’s not written yet. Literally. I counted the other night and I have seven unfinished manuscripts. They are at varying stages of completion, but all of them need my attention. I want to make them the best that I can which means I need time to do that. As for the more distant future, I hope to be writing novels for many years to come.
Thank you so much to all my readers and to my fellow contributors for your support and I look forward to reading all the great posts yet to come.
