Editor's Eyes: Critique Giveaway

Hello, readers! I missed my blog post yesterday due to my month of traveling, which included almost 3 weeks in Costa Rica and 5 days in the magical land of Arkansas. I had a great time seeing new places, visiting with family, and seeing volcanoes, monkeys, sloths, toucans, waterfalls, and a truly incredible rainforest. I also went on a fabulous reading binge and read 13 books from my TBR list.

I am back, however, and I'm giving away a 10-page (double-spaced) critique! You just have to be a follower of the blog to win. I'm a developmental editor with Month9Books (and I freelance edit) and I'm represented by Carlie Webber and I'm a writer myself, so I can promise you my critique will be tough and honest.

Comment below to enter, telling me what category and genre you write, and tweet out the link! The winner will be chosen through Random.org. If more than twenty people enter, I'll give away a query critique, too. So tell your friends!

Contest closes 10:30 pm central time, Wednesday January 15.

  22. I write all sorts of things, but at the moment my main project is a MG fantasy novel. Costa Rica would be fabulous, the closest I've been was a trip through Guatemala - I climbed a live volcano, saw lots of monkeys & capybaras & went fishing for piranha. It's definitely a spectacular part of the world!
