Some of you may know about the Kindleboards, but for those who don't I wanted to share this little gem.

The Kindlboards is a forum similar to Absolute Write Water Cooler or the Query Tracker Forum. I used to be semi-active on Absolute Write and pretty active on QT. Both sites have strengths and I've learned a ton from each. I met two of my crit partners on QT--one who I'm still close with. I highly recommend giving the forums a shot.

I first heard about Kindleboards, or KB for short, from my publisher. They would quote little nuggets of Amazon theory and reference the Kindleboards. After awhile, I decided to check it out.

It is the golden pot at the end of the rainbow.

In one afternoon, I read some interesting sales statistics from self-pubbed authors and learned about how many have seen a drastic drop in sales since Kindle Unlimited started. Everyone is super friendly, and super knowlegdebale.

These are the ones who are making it and sharing how they did it. Reading success stories is inspiring, and I love seeing actual numbers in the posts. I've bookmarked a few of those posts for those days I want to hide under my comforter and watch Gossip Girl.

Questions about book formatting, marketing or self-publishing? Go ahead and ask. You'll have a bunch of experts chime in and share intel. If you haven't joined the Kboards, go now. You can thank me later ; )
